Perch\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd0d L\u2019alluce non \u00e8 solamente il &#8220;dito da prestazione&#8221;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019alluce non \u00e8 solo un &#8220;dito da prestazione&#8221; per la deambulazione: \u00e8 <strong>un nodulo chiave delle catene miofasciali<\/strong> che si estendono <strong>dalla pianta del piede fino al cranio<\/strong>, influenzando <strong>postura, respirazione e persino la funzione viscerale<\/strong>. Ed \u00e8 <strong>uno dei perni fondamentali della deambulazione<\/strong>. L\u2019alluce, in particolare, ha legami diretti e indiretti con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sistema linfatico<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>pompa plantare<\/strong> (meccanismo di compressione\/decompressione della volta plantare durante il passo) <strong>stimola il drenaggio linfatico<\/strong> degli arti inferiori. Se l\u2019alluce \u00e8 bloccato, questo meccanismo si riduce, con possibili <strong>ristagni linfatici<\/strong> (es. gonfiore alle caviglie, linfedema).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collegamento con il diaframma<\/strong>: La fascia plantare \u00e8 connessa alla <strong>fascia profonda del polpaccio<\/strong> (via <strong>setto intermuscolare laterale<\/strong>), che a sua volta si collega al <strong>diaframma pelvico e toracico<\/strong>. Una disfunzione qui pu\u00f2 influenzare la <strong>motilit\u00e0 intestinale<\/strong> (es. stipsi) o la <strong>funzione renale<\/strong> (via tensione sulla <strong>fascia renale<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visceri pelvici<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vescica e utero\/prostata<\/strong>: La <strong>catena miofasciiale anteriore<\/strong> (da Myers) collega l\u2019alluce ai <strong>muscoli addominali<\/strong> (retto addominale) e al <strong>pavimento pelvico<\/strong>. Una tensione cronica pu\u00f2 contribuire a:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Incontinenza urinaria<\/strong> (nei bambini: enuresi notturna; negli adulti: perdite da sforzo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dolori mestruali<\/strong> o <strong>disfunzioni uterine<\/strong> (es. prolasso).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intestino<\/strong>: La <strong>fascia del muscolo tibiale anteriore<\/strong> (che si inserisce sul 1\u00b0 metatarso) \u00e8 connessa alla <strong>fascia del muscolo ileopsoas<\/strong>, che a sua volta ha <strong>attacchi fasciali sul colon<\/strong> (via <strong>legamento di Treitz<\/strong>). Una restrizione pu\u00f2 influenzare la <strong>peristalsi intestinale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuore e polmoni<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>Linea Superficiale Anteriore<\/strong> (LSA) collega l\u2019alluce ai <strong>muscoli addominali<\/strong> e allo <strong>sterno<\/strong>, che ospita il <strong>timo<\/strong> e ha connessioni fasciali con il <strong>pericardio<\/strong>.
